Service Description

Every Athlete accepted to our program will undergo an Intensive Biomechanical & Movement Assessment and Performance Testing. The data collected will give in-depth insight into the athlete’s needs and will be the foundation for each of our athlete’s programs. We continue to test our athletes throughout their programs to access progression The Biomechanical & Movement assessment will consist of: Biomechanical Movement Screen Upper & Lower Body Power Assessment (Bi-lateral force plates Speed (Swift Timing Gates) Acceleration (1080 motion) Strength Assessment Athletic Coordination Assessment
